Free shipping on standard palletized freight to the contiguous United States, excluding HI, AK, MT, SD, ND and ID. Additional freight charges can apply to oversized pallets and to those excluded states, and if any apply we contact you with a quote before the order ships. Smaller items go UPS or FedEx Ground. Anything past parcel size moves by freight carrier, arrives with lift gate service and is delivered curbside. The driver is not responsible for moving items into your backyard, patio or installation location, so plan on having help and a clear path ready when the truck arrives.
