Five values. One standard.
Aqua Terra Backyard was built on a simple idea: specialized equipment deserves specialized support. OASIS is the standard behind every product we stock, every answer we give, and every order we ship.
- Guidance before the sale, not just after it
- Established manufacturers and dependable sourcing
- One replacement part or a complete system
- Real people on the phone, Monday to Friday
To make specialized backyard equipment easier to buy, understand, and own.
Aqua Terra Backyard connects homeowners and trade professionals with quality equipment and dependable guidance across the pool, spa, fireplace, outdoor heating, grilling and outdoor living industries.
A catalog can tell you what something costs. We think a supplier should also be able to tell you what it does, where it fits, and when something else is the better answer. Whether it's one replacement component, a discontinued part that needs cross-referencing, a choice between two heaters, or the equipment for a whole new build, the goal doesn't change: help you reach the right solution with confidence.
Product knowledge is part of the job. If we're going to sell specialized equipment, we should understand what it does, where it fits, and when something else is the better answer.
That belief is where these five values come from. They are the standard behind every decision we make, and they spell the thing we help people build.
Ownership
Backyard equipment is not a casual purchase, and the support around it should reflect that. From the first question through delivery and whatever comes after it, the details are ours to carry rather than yours to chase. That means clear expectations up front and follow-through once the order is placed.
- Clear expectations on availability and lead times before you order
- Follow-through from checkout through delivery and beyond
- If a lead time or a model changes, you hear it from us first
Accuracy
Parts only work when they match the system. Voltage, fuel type, plumbing size, model generation, part supersessions and install requirements are where these industries actually live, and one detail missed turns into an expensive afternoon at someone's equipment pad. Checking them is worth the extra few minutes every single time.
- Cross-referencing for discontinued and superseded models
- Compatibility and sizing confirmed before the order goes through
- Specifications kept accurate on the listings themselves
Selection
A single replacement gasket and a complete equipment package are both real jobs, and sourcing one from this supplier and the other from that one is how compatibility problems start. We carry both ends of that scale, from established manufacturers and distribution partners we can stand behind, across pool, spa, hearth, outdoor heating, grilling and outdoor living.
- Replacement parts and complete equipment in one catalog
- Over 200 manufacturers across the industries we serve
- What goes in the catalog is what we're willing to stand behind
Integrity
Comparing two heaters, reading a model number, working out whether another repair still makes sense against a full replacement: that is the useful part of the conversation, and it happens well before anything reaches a cart. We would rather give you the answer that's right for the application than the one that's easiest to sell. Long-term trust is worth more than any single order.
- Honest guidance on what fits, including when it isn't what you asked for
- Realistic lead times rather than optimistic ones
- Price match if you find the same product for less
Support
Backyard projects run on deadlines: a pool that needs to be open by the weekend, a heater that failed in October, a build with a delivery date. We ship nationwide and we still want it to feel like calling a supplier who knows the equipment. Technology should make it easier to find the right answer, not harder to reach a person who has one.
- Phone and email support, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST
- Help identifying equipment from a model or serial number
- Referrals to certified installers when a job needs one
One part, or the whole equipment pad
Some days the job is a gasket for a filter someone has run for fifteen years. Other days it's specifying the full equipment package for a new build. The five values don't change between those two calls, and neither does the question we're trying to answer: is this the right thing for this application?
That's why we carry both ends of the scale. It's also why we'd rather talk through a system before you order than sort out a fitment problem after it arrives.
- Cross-referencing for discontinued and superseded models
- Sizing and compatibility checks before you order
- Multi-unit and project quotes for larger builds
Who we work with
One part or a full project, the standard is the same.
Holding the standard as we grow
We're still building this company, and we'd rather say so plainly. Here's where the work is going.
- Product knowledgeGoing deeper on the equipment, not just wider on the catalog
- Catalog depthMore of the parts people actually call looking for
- Manufacturer relationshipsBetter access, better lead times, better answers
- FulfillmentClearer stock information and fewer surprises after checkout
- Technical resourcesSpecs, manuals and cross-references easier to find on the site
Growing isn't a reason to let the standard slip. If anything it works the other way: the bigger the catalog gets, the more the guidance has to keep up with it. OASIS is how we measure whether it has.
Not sure which way to go?
Whether you're replacing a single component or specifying complete equipment for a project, we can walk through the options with you and tell you what actually fits. Have the model and serial number handy if you've got them.
