Orders Ship Within 1–2 Business Days on In-Stock Items
At Aqua Terra Backyard, we understand the need to receive your order quickly. Whether it’s a new piece of equipment to improve your setup or a replacement part to get you back up and running, we are committed to efficient processing and shipment.
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Some items may have extended lead times and are classified as special order or build-to-order. Estimated lead times will be displayed at checkout when applicable. If you have any questions regarding product availability or lead time, please Contact Us prior to placing your order.
Transit Time
Transit time begins once your order has shipped. While we ship in-stock items within 1–2 business days, delivery timelines vary depending on destination, carrier, and shipping service selected at checkout. Please ensure you choose the shipping method that best fits your needs.
Hassle-Free and Secure Delivery
Our trusted freight partners handle deliveries with care and professionalism. Smaller items are delivered via standard parcel carriers directly to your doorstep.
Larger items ship via freight carrier with lift gate service and are delivered curbside. The driver is not responsible for moving the item into your home, garage, backyard, or upstairs. Please make arrangements in advance if assistance is required to move the product after delivery.
If you reside on a narrow road, private road, or within a gated community, please notify us in advance to ensure proper delivery accommodations.
Oversized Item Deliveries
Certain products are too large for conventional parcel carriers and will ship via freight. For these items, Aqua Terra Backyard may contact you to coordinate delivery details.
Freight deliveries may require a signature. Please inspect your shipment thoroughly before signing.
Signing the delivery receipt without noting visible damage constitutes acceptance of the shipment in good condition.
If visible damage is present:
- Take clear photos of all sides of the pallet and the damaged product.
- Refuse the shipment or clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Notify us immediately
If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, you must notify Aqua Terra Backyard within 48 hours of receipt and retain all packaging materials.
After 48 hours from receipt, we are unable to file damage claims with the carrier on your behalf.
We currently offer free shipping on oversized items to the contiguous 48 United States.
Parcel Shipment Damage or Errors
If a parcel shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of:
- The shipping label
- Packaging

The damaged item
We will review the claim and arrange for replacement or credit as appropriate. Please retain the product and packaging as we may require return shipment.
Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska & US Territories:
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories requires prior approval. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Orders placed without prior confirmation may be subject to cancellation or adjusted freight charges. Processing may be temporarily paused until shipping arrangements are confirmed.
Address Clause
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may be subject to additional shipping and redelivery charges.
