Worth knowing
Your warranty may depend on it
Many manufacturer warranties require professional installation to stay valid. When a claim is made, the manufacturer will often ask for the installation date and the installer's details. See our Warranty page.
- Coverage follows the product, not the retailer
- Keep the installer's paperwork with your receipt
- Ask before you take anything apart
Delivery stops at the curb
Freight arrives with lift gate service and is delivered curbside. The driver lowers the pallet to the ground but does not move it into a backyard, patio, garage or installation location. See Shipping and Delivery.
- Arrange help in advance for heavy equipment
- An installer can often handle placement
- Check access before delivery day
