Refund policy
All return requests must be made within 21 days from the date of delivery. Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund - please review product listings carefully before purchasing.
A return shipping label or BOL for shipments over 100 lbs will be provided by Aqua Terra at the customer’s cost. All returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with no signs of cosmetic or internal damage.
Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected. All products are the responsibility of the customer until received by Aqua Terra.
Returns requested outside of the 21-day period will be subject to Aqua Terra’s discretion. All approved returns will be subject to a restocking fee.
