The two seat Markoe frame at 54.75 inches wide, with one continuous 47 inch seat cushion instead of two pads. Same 16.25 inch seat and open squared aluminum as the club chair, at a width that suits a deck rather than demanding a terrace.
- 54.75 inches, two real seats. Wide enough that two people are not negotiating the middle, and short enough to fit against a wall most sofas would overwhelm.
- One continuous seat cushion. A single 47" cushion rather than two, so there is no seam down the center for people to slide into.

The cushion itself does not change with the fabric. Foam, cover construction and finished dimensions are identical; the only choice is the Sunbrella fabric you want.

Materials and Construction
Frame. Marine grade aluminum, powder coated. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame does not depend on a coating staying perfect to survive, and it stays light enough that one person can move the piece without help. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it holds at the joints where outdoor furniture usually fails first.
Feet. Leg end caps are fitted at the factory so the frame does not mark decking, tile or stone when it is slid rather than lifted.
Cushions. Solution dyed acrylic. The color goes into the fiber before it is spun rather than being printed onto finished cloth, which is why these fabrics hold color in direct sun far longer than a conventional outdoor print.

Care and Maintenance
Cushions. Brush off loose dirt, sponge with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly and air dry. Do not machine dry. Bring cushions in or cover them when the piece is not in use for long stretches.
Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up a deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.
Off season. The powder coated aluminum frame can stay outside all year.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it fit through a standard gate?
The carton is 59 inches long by 33 wide by 31 high and the loveseat is 54.75 by 28.25. Turned on edge it clears a 36 inch gate, but a tight corner on a side path will stop a 59 inch box. Walk the route first.
Loveseat or sofa?
The loveseat is 54.75 inches wide against the sofa's 77.5, a difference of nearly two feet. If the wall or deck edge you are working to is under seven feet, the loveseat is the one that will not crowd the corners.
Is the seat cushion one piece?
Yes, a single 47 inch cushion. Two separate pads leave a seam in the middle that people slide into, which shows up faster on a loveseat than on a longer sofa.
What is the difference between the fabric choices?
Only the cloth. Foam, cover construction and finished dimensions are identical. Bliss Linen is the fabric Oxford Garden stocks for Markoe, and the other Sunbrella fabrics are made to order.
What does the frame actually look like?
Markoe is Oxford Garden's open, minimal aluminum frame: a thin section drawn into a squared, contoured shape with very little material between you and the view. It is the reason the sofa weighs 42 pounds at six and a half feet wide.
Can I leave it outside all year?
The powder coated aluminum frame can stay out through the season. Cushions last substantially longer stored dry or under a cover during long stretches when nobody is using the piece.
How is it delivered?
By LTL freight on a pallet, to the curb with lift gate service. The carrier contacts you to arrange a window. Moving it from the curb into a yard is not part of curbside service.
