Three materials, three kinds of upkeep
Every Oxford Garden frame is built to the same commercial specification. What changes is how the material lives outside, and how much looking after it wants.

Authorized dealer
Buy it from people who know the furniture
Aqua Terra Backyard is an authorized Oxford Garden dealer. Every piece on this page comes from the factory with the full manufacturer warranty behind it, and there is someone here who can tell you what fits the space you have.
Genuine factory furniture
Every piece here is Oxford Garden's own, shipped from the factory in Simpsonville, Kentucky. Not a look alike frame with the same name on it.
Your warranty stays intact
Buying through an authorized dealer is what keeps the full manufacturer warranty standing behind the piece.

Shop cushionsThree things worth knowing first
Teak silvers, and that is the point
Left outside, teak weathers from honey to a soft silver gray. It is a surface change rather than a structural one, and for most people it is the look they were after in the first place.
If you would rather hold the original color, Oxford Garden makes a teak protectant for exactly that.
How a freight delivery actually goes
Qualifying palletized freight ships free to 44 states and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota are quoted before the order ships, as are oversized pallets anywhere, and we contact you with that quote first.
The truck arrives with lift gate service and leaves the shipment curbside. The driver is not responsible for carrying it around the house, so have help and a clear path ready.
The set, or the pieces
A set is priced under the same pieces bought one at a time, arrives as a single freight shipment instead of several, and comes finished to match across every piece.
Every set page lists what is in the box and links to each component, so you can still build your own group if the seat count is wrong for the space.
Questions we get asked
The ones that come up most often before somebody orders.
Will the teak stay this honey color?
Left outside it will not. Teak weathers from honey to a soft silver gray, and that is a surface change rather than a structural one. For most people it is the look they were after in the first place.
If you would rather hold the original color, Oxford Garden makes a teak protectant for exactly that.
Which material needs the least looking after?
Powder coated aluminum. It will not rust, and the strap and sling seating was chosen to drain rather than hold water, which is why it is the usual pick for poolside.
Is the freight free?
Qualifying palletized freight ships free to 44 states and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota are quoted before the order ships, as are oversized pallets anywhere, and we contact you with that quote first.
How does the delivery actually go?
The truck arrives with lift gate service and leaves the shipment curbside. The driver is not responsible for carrying it around the house, so have help and a clear path ready.
Am I better off with a set or the pieces on their own?
A set is priced under the same pieces bought one at a time, arrives as a single freight shipment instead of several, and comes finished to match across every piece.
Every set page lists what is in the box and links to each piece in it, so you can still build your own group if the seat count is wrong for the space.
Does buying online affect the warranty?
No. Aqua Terra Backyard is an authorized Oxford Garden dealer, and buying through an authorized dealer is what keeps the full manufacturer warranty standing behind the piece.
