The seat pad for Oxford Garden's Eiland bar and counter stools. Sixteen and a half inches square, one inch thick, with ties at the back. Half a pound, and the difference between a stool people perch on and one they stay on.
- Fits all Eiland bar and counter stools. Oxford Garden prints this pad against every Eiland bar and counter stool. Item code 1EDST, 16.5 inches square, with ties at the back. A separate pad, 1EDST-02, covers the cord stools.
- Square, 16.5 by 16.5. Cut to the Eiland stool seat. The same pad covers both the bar height and the counter height stools, because the seats are the same size.
- Ties at the back. A stool pad that is not tied down goes on the floor the first time somebody gets off the stool sideways.
- Grades are fabric, not padding. A grade names the fabric book, not the cushion. The measurements and the build are the same on every line below; the fabric is what moves the price.

Grade 3A is Pepper, a stocked solution dyed olefin. Grade B is Mainstreet Dove, the stocked Sunbrella. Grade A is made to order.

Materials and Construction
What this is. A cushion, sold on its own. There is no frame in the carton and no hardware. You are buying the cover and the cushion that goes on a piece of furniture you already own.
How it stays on. The 2026 price list prints this pad with ties at the back, so it fastens to the chair rather than sliding forward every time somebody stands up.
Fabric grades. Grade 3A is Pepper, a solution dyed olefin that Oxford Garden stocks for Eiland. Grade B is Mainstreet Dove, the stocked Sunbrella at that grade. Grade A is a made to order Sunbrella book. The cushion itself does not change between them.
Cushions. Solution dyed acrylic. The color goes into the fiber before it is spun rather than being printed onto finished cloth, which is why these fabrics hold color in direct sun far longer than a conventional outdoor print.

Cushions. Brush off loose dirt, sponge with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly and air dry. Do not machine dry. Bring cushions in or cover them when the piece is not in use for long stretches.
Storage. Cushions last longer stored dry. Bring them in or cover them when the piece is not in use for weeks at a time, and stand them on edge rather than stacking them wet.
Covers. Oxford Garden does not print a removable cover specification for this item in the 2026 price list, so we do not claim one. Clean it in place with mild soap and water.
