Travira Collection
Travira Sling Chaise Lounge
Eighty inches of poolside chaise on an aluminum frame, weighing twenty two pounds. The sling runs the full length of the body, so there is no mattress to drag off the deck before a storm and nothing that holds water once it passes. Oxford Garden ships it two or four at a time.
- Eighty inches long, twenty two pounds. A full size lounger that one person can reposition around a pool deck as the sun moves.
- Sling, not a pad. Wet is temporary. Hose it, walk away and sit on it an hour later. Nothing to store and no cover to buy.
- A 15 inch seat with arms. Low enough to lie back into, with Tekwood arm caps in Natural or Vintage to push up from.
- Seventeen sling colors. Pick the one you want when you order.

Materials and Construction
Frame. Marine grade aluminum, powder coated. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame does not depend on a coating staying perfect to survive. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it resists chipping at the joints where outdoor furniture usually fails first.
Sling. Composite sling, stretched over the frame as a single panel. There is no cushion to store, no cover to buy and nothing to bring in when it rains. Oxford Garden lists seventeen sling colors for Travira.
Frame finish. Flint powder coat. Oxford Garden also photographs Travira in Chalk and Carbon.
Arm caps. Tekwood, Natural or Vintage. The caps are the only wood look part of the piece and they are what your forearm rests on, which is why they are a separate choice rather than a finish detail.

Frame Finish
Travira is powder coated marine grade aluminum. The coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it holds at the joints and around the fastener heads where outdoor furniture usually gives up first.

|---|---|
| Flint | The finish on every line of this listing. |
| Chalk | Oxford Garden photographs Travira pieces in Chalk. |
| Carbon | Oxford Garden photographs Travira pieces in Carbon. |

Care and Maintenance
Sling. Hose it down and let it dry. Sling fabric drains and dries on its own and does not need to be brought inside. For stubborn marks, mild soap and a soft brush.
Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up any deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.
Off season. The frame can stay outside all year.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why can I not buy just one?
Oxford Garden fills this chaise in multiples of two or four. Two ship at 67 lb, four at 117 lb, in cartons 90 inches long.
How much space does it need?
Eighty inches of length and 32 inches of width, standing 39.5 inches at its highest point against a 15 inch seat. Allow another two feet behind it if you want to walk past the head end.
Do I need a cushion for it?
No. The sling is the surface. It is the reason the chaise weighs twenty two pounds rather than fifty and the reason it can be left out through a season of weather.
Will it fit through a gate?
The chaise is 32 inches wide and 80 inches long. The shipping carton is 90 by 34 by 40 inches, so plan the route from the curb before delivery day rather than on it.
How do I clean the sling?
Hose it and let it dry. Composite sling drains through itself, so it does not hold water and does not need to come inside. For a mark that will not rinse off, mild soap and a soft brush, then rinse again.
What frame color is this?
Flint. Oxford Garden also photographs Travira in Chalk and Carbon. Ask us before you order if you want one of those instead.
Can it live outside all year?
Yes. Marine grade aluminum does not rust, so the frame is not depending on the coating staying perfect to survive the winter. Wash it with mild soap and water when it looks dirty and leave it where it is.
How is it delivered?
By LTL freight to the curb with lift gate service. You will be called to arrange a delivery window. The driver brings it to the curb; carrying it through a gate or onto a deck is not part of the service, so have a second pair of hands ready.
