Thirteen pounds with the cord and bag on it, a 20 inch path and a 35 pound thrust motor moving 16,000 gallons an hour. Small residential pool or commercial deck, nothing changes between them.
A redesigned propeller runs in four inches of water. Sun ledges, zero entry slopes, entry steps and shallow fountains get cleaned with the same machine as the deep end.
A 42 inch path for Olympic style municipal pools, on eight multi directional caster wheels at about twenty pounds. It runs independent of the pool's filtration, which is what non direct suction compliance requires.

The bag does the filtering, so whichever one is on the machine decides what you actually pick up. Most techs carry two and swap mid job rather than stopping to rinse one out.

The battery is separate
A vacuum package includes the battery case and its connectors. The battery itself is not in the box, and neither is a charger.
Power Vac recommends a 12V 35AH U1 deep cycle lithium ion battery rated 2500 to 7000 life cycles, and a charger with a 3 to 10 amp output. Expect about three hours of run time. The unit is 12V only and never goes in a wall outlet.
What the warranty covers
Five years on the shell and one year on the cord and motor, with proof of purchase. Registration is due within ten days.
It does not cover abuse, normal wear, or damage from an owner not caring for the unit, and Power Vac calls out a tangled power cord shorting out as the common example. Any modification or aftermarket add on voids it.
Older models still have parts
Every model before the PV3600 has been discontinued, and Power Vac still supplies parts for most of them. Pick your model in the parts counter and it narrows to what fits.
One thing to know on a PV2100: the motor and propeller are supplied as a single assembly, and Power Vac states that installing it yourself voids the warranty.
Keep the one you have running
Pick your model and the counter narrows to the parts that fit it. Power Vac has discontinued every model before the PV3600, and parts are still available for most of them.
