Power Vac PV3600 Portable Pool Vacuum
Thirteen pounds, a 20 inch cleaning path and a 35 pound thrust motor moving 16,000 gallons an hour. It runs off a 12V lithium battery you carry in one hand, so there is no hose to drag, nothing to prime and no cart to get onto the deck.
- Nothing plumbs into the pool. Motor and propeller live inside the head, debris goes into a bag on the back. No priming, no booster pump, no hose across the deck.
- A 6.5 inch throat swallows what other vacuums push around. Leaves, dirt, rocks and the coins that always find the bottom.
- One machine, four bags. Screen mesh for leaves, super fine for sand, heavy duty for rocks and glass, micron down to 60 microns.
Three hours of cleaning, no cord to the wall
The battery case carries in one hand and runs the machine for about three hours on a charge. Nothing to prime, no hose to drag, no cart to wrestle onto the deck.
Battery and charger are picked up separately so you buy the size you want. A 12V 35AH U1 deep cycle lithium ion is what Power Vac recommends. Tell us what you run and we will point you at the right pair.

Common questions
Does it come with a battery?
No. The battery carrying case and its connectors are included. Power Vac recommends a 12V 35AH U1 deep cycle lithium ion battery and a charger rated 3 to 10 amps, both bought separately.
Do I need a pole?
Yes, and it is not included. The head takes a standard telescopic pole, the same kind already on your truck.
Does it tie into the pool's filtration?
No, and that is the point. Everything happens inside the head, so nothing plumbs into the circulation loop. That also makes it suitable on public pools that require non direct suction equipment.
Which filter bag should I start with?
Super fine mesh. It takes fine sand, leaves and rocks in one pass, which covers most routine work. Add a screen mesh bag for storm cleanups.
What about shallow water?
For sun ledges, zero entry slopes and steps, the PV3600SW is built for it. Its redesigned propeller runs in four inches of water and it matches the PV3600 in full depth pools.
