Power Vac Portable Battery Case
The portable battery case is how a Power Vac runs without a cart, a hose or a priming step. It holds a 12V 35AH U1 lithium battery, carries by hand on the deck, and gives about three hours of run time on a charge.
- Pick the option that matches your machine. The current machines connect straight to it. The older ones need the 011-D plug, and that option ships with it in the box.
- This is the replacement. A case comes with every new vacuum. You are here because the original got dropped, cracked or soaked.
- Twelve volts only. Never plug the unit into a wall outlet, and do not leave the battery in prolonged heat or direct sun.
Two versions. We will make sure you get the right one.
PV3600 and PV3600SW connect straight to the case. Nothing else needed.
PV2100, PV2200, PV2500 and PV3000 use a different connector, so that option ships with the plug already in the box. Not sure which you have? Send us a photo and we will tell you in a minute.

Fits every Power Vac handheld. In the box:
- One portable battery carrying case with connectors
- The 011-D male plug, on the option for PV2100, PV2200, PV2500 and PV3000
The battery and the charger are not included.

Common questions
Does it come with a battery?
No, the case and connectors only. Power Vac recommends a 12V 35AH U1 deep cycle lithium ion battery rated 2500 to 7000 life cycles.
What charger do I need?
One that suits your battery, with a 3 to 10 amp output. Chargers are widely available locally and online.
I have a PV2100. Which option?
The one that includes the 011-D male plug. The connector on the older machines differs from the current line.
I have a PV3600. Which option?
Case only. It connects directly and no adapter is needed.
Can I plug it into a wall outlet?
No. The unit is 12V only and must never go into a wall outlet.
