Power Vac Aluminum Handle
The aluminum handle on a Power Vac head. It is what you carry the machine by and where the load goes when you lift a loaded machine out of the water.
- Aluminum, so it does not rust. It lives in pool water and chemical carryover, which is exactly where a steel handle would not last.
- It is a structural part. The handle carries the load when you lift a loaded machine. A cracked mount is not cosmetic.
- Replace it, do not straighten it. Aluminum work hardens and cracks where it was bent.
Three things say replace it
Bent, a cracked mounting point, or fasteners that no longer pull up tight. Any one of those and the handle is not safely carrying a loaded machine out of the water any more.

Common questions
Is a pole included?
No. The handle is the part on the machine. A telescopic pole is separate and Power Vac heads take a standard one.
Can I just straighten a bent handle?
It is not worth it. Aluminum cracks where it was bent, and the handle is what carries a loaded machine.
Will it fit my PV3600?
Not confirmed for the current machines. Send us your model and we will check.
Does it come with fasteners?
