Common questions
Is it really the motor?
Check the bag and the propeller first. A packed bag chokes flow and a chipped blade moves less water. Both present as a weak motor. If the bag is clean, the blades are undamaged and thrust is still down, the assembly is the likely answer.
Can I fit it myself?
You physically can, but doing so voids the warranty on this part. Call tech support first and consider sending the unit in for bench repair.
Why is the motor sold with the propeller?
They arrive matched and aligned as one unit.
