Power Vac Female Plug with Wire and Fuse Attachment
The female half of the Power Vac connector pair, supplied with its wire and the fuse attachment that protects the machine. It lives on the battery case lead and mates with the male plug on the power cord.
- The fuse is the point. This is not just a connector. The fuse attachment stands between a fault and the motor, which is why the plug, the wire and the fuse holder come as one part.
- Corrosion is the enemy. Salt and chemical carryover eat at the pins. If the connector runs warm, or the machine cuts out when the cord moves, look here.
- Both ends usually go together. If the male end is worn too, the 014-D kit covers the pair in one part number.
Cuts out when the cord moves?
That is a worn connector making and breaking contact, nine times out of ten. Check both ends before you order, because whatever got one usually got the other.

Do I need the male plug too?
Only if that end is worn as well. If both are, the 014-D kit covers the pair.
What fuse does it take?
Send us a photo of the fuse holder on your machine and we will confirm the rating rather than guess at it.
The machine cuts out when I move the cord. Is this the part?
Often yes. A worn or corroded connector makes and breaks contact as the cord flexes.
Is this the connector on a PV3600?
The current machines use a different connector. Send us your model and we will confirm before you order.
