Questions people ask us

Which door fits my fireplace?

Pick by fireplace: the SF3624 door is for the 36" W x 24" H Superfire, the SF4224 door for the 42" W x 24" H Superfire. Check the model label in your fireplace, or send it to us.

Can I close the glass doors with the fire on?

No. Golden Blount says the glass doors must remain open during operation. For a screen while the fire burns, use the mesh curtain screen.

What finishes are there?

Golden Blount lists Black, Brushed Steel, Antique Copper, Antique Pewter, Textured Black, Rusted Iron, Oiled Bronze and Charcoal for its top vent door hardware. We list Black and Oiled Bronze; ask us about the others.

What handles come with the doors?

Black high temperature plastic handles are standard. Golden Blount can supply matching CLR handles in the same powder coat color if ordered.
