The Valcourt Waterloo FP15 is a high-efficiency, non-catalytic wood-burning fireplace rated for 1,000 to 2,800 sq ft, with a maximum heat output of 95,000 BTU/h. It is the largest model in Valcourt's high-efficiency series, with double glass doors, a firebox that takes logs up to 25" long and a maximum burn time of 11 hours. A 176 CFM blower is included. The FP15 is finished with the black Crown style faceplate VA15FL07 and Classic moulded brick panels AC02360, both sold separately.

Valcourt does not approve it for mobile homes or alcove installation. A qualified installer should follow the install manual and local codes for the chimney, framing and clearances.

What do I need to order with the Waterloo FP15?

Valcourt requires two components on the FP15: the black Crown style faceplate VA15FL07 and the Classic moulded brick panels AC02360. The chimney and any heat distribution kit are planned separately.

How much area will it heat?

Valcourt recommends the Waterloo for 1,000 to 2,800 sq ft. The right size for your home depends on climate, layout and insulation, so send us the details and we will talk it through.

What size logs does it take?

The firebox takes logs up to 25" long, loaded across the width. Valcourt recommends 16" dry cordwood.

Can I send the heat to other rooms?

Yes. Valcourt offers the VA4460 forced air kit for the Waterloo, used with the 6" x 25' insulated flex pipe AC01350, and a modern warm air circulation grille AC01378 that releases heat from the enclosure into the room.

What chimney does it need?

The Waterloo has an 8" flue outlet and needs an 8" chimney at least 15 ft tall, of the type listed in the install manual. Valcourt's clearances are 84" to the top, 8" to a combustible side mantle and 24" to a combustible side wall.
