Questions people ask us
Do I need these with a new Waterloo?
Yes. Valcourt lists the AC02360 panels as a required component on both the Waterloo FP15 and the FP15A.
Why are the panels sold separately?
They ship in a separate box so the fireplace is lighter to set in place. You fit them afterwards, following the Waterloo manual.
Will these fit another Valcourt model?
Valcourt lists AC02360 for the Waterloo only. Other models use their own panel sets, such as the Antoinette panels.
Replacing panels on an older fireplace?
Send us the model and serial and we will confirm the right set.
