Dual-Liner System for Direct Vent Performance

This kit utilizes a two-liner system, featuring two separate 3-inch diameter flexible pipes. One liner is dedicated to pulling fresh outdoor air into the firebox for combustion, while the second safely carries exhaust gases out of the home. This "direct vent" configuration prevents the fireplace from using heated room air for combustion, which significantly improves the overall thermal efficiency of the home. The flexible nature of the aluminum allows it to navigate slight offsets or curves within a masonry chimney that rigid piping could not clear.
