Lexington Hearth Decorative Bracket Trim is a forge-inspired decorative metal bracket for its beam mantels, in Black or Bronze, sold singly or as a set of 2. Each profile is sized for one mantel style: Rickhouse and Tobacco Barn, Hayloft Beam, Flat Sawn Beam or Grist Mill. Lexington Hearth uses it to hide the joint where a mantel meets a 24 inch extension, and it also works as plain decoration on a single beam.

Single or set of 2?
Lexington Hearth uses a bracket to hide each joint where a mantel meets an extension. Count the joints in your layout, then add any extra brackets you want purely for looks. We list singles for the Flat Sawn Beam and Grist Mill profiles.
Do I need it with an extension?
Lexington Hearth designs its 24 inch extensions to be joined to the main beam with a decorative bracket over the seam, so plan on one for every extension joint. See the Flat Sawn Beam extension as an example.
Which finishes are there?
Lexington Hearth makes the trim in Black and Bronze. We list Bronze for the Hayloft Beam and Flat Sawn Beam profiles; ask us if you want Bronze in another profile.
