This is the LeGriddle Commercial Series gas griddle body in 30 or 41 inch sizes, natural gas, sold as box 1 of 2 without the cooking plate and without a lid. Add the matching OML cooking plate (box 2) in 6mm or 3mm to complete it. The 30 inch runs two 9,000 BTU U-shaped 304 stainless steel burners for 18,000 BTU, and the 41 inch runs three for 27,000 BTU. It is built for indoor, outdoor and commercial kitchens, and LeGriddle includes the opposite orifices for a propane conversion.

Questions people ask us

Does this include the cooking plate?

No. This listing is box 1 of 2, the griddle body only. The cooking plate is box 2 and is ordered from our OML cooking plate listing. You need both boxes for a working griddle.

Should I pick the 3mm or 6mm plate?

LeGriddle builds the Commercial Series with a 6mm plate as standard for high-volume cooking and also offers 3mm. The number is the thickness of the stainless steel cooking surface over the cast iron and aluminum layers.

Is a lid included?

No. The OMLLID stainless steel lid is sold separately in 30 and 41 inch sizes.

Can it run on propane?

Yes. It is supplied for natural gas, and LeGriddle includes the opposite orifices for propane. A licensed gas professional should do the conversion and make the connection at the 3/8 inch male flare inlet.

How do I build it in?

Use the cut-out for your size. Outdoor cabinets must be non-combustible or use a LeGriddle insulating liner, and indoor cabinets must be non-combustible. LeGriddle also makes a trim kit for both sizes and a portable cart for the 41 inch.
