The LeGriddle insulating liner is a 304 stainless steel liner, made in the USA, for setting a built-in griddle into a cabinet that is not built from non-combustible materials. GF-LINER40 fits the GEE40, GFE40 and OML40 griddles, and GF-LINER75 fits the GEE75, GFE75 and OML75 griddles. A connection hole is notched out at the back.

Do I need a liner?
If you build a gas griddle into a cabinet, LeGriddle requires the cabinet to be non-combustible or the griddle to sit in this liner. Indoor cabinets for the OML griddles must be non-combustible construction.
What size opening do I cut?
Cut 17-1/2" W x 7-1/4" H x 17-1/2" D for the GF-LINER40 and 31-1/2" W x 7-1/4" H x 17-1/2" D for the GF-LINER75.
Can I add a trim kit too?
No. LeGriddle notes the liners do not work with the GFFRAME trim kits.
Is there a liner for the 41 inch griddles?
LeGriddle makes one for the 105 series. Ask us and we will quote it.
