This is the LeGriddle Pro Series gas griddle body in 16, 30 or 41 inch sizes, natural gas, sold as box 1 of 2 without the cooking plate and without a lid. To have a working griddle you also order the matching OML cooking plate (box 2) in 3mm or 6mm. The Pro Series runs one, two or three 9,000 BTU U-shaped 304 stainless steel burners and adds backlit knobs, a logo projector and halogen lighting. LeGriddle includes the opposite orifices for a propane conversion.

A licensed gas professional should make the gas connection to the instructions and local codes.

Questions people ask us

Does this include the cooking plate?

No. This listing is box 1 of 2, the griddle body only. The cooking plate is box 2 and is ordered separately from our OML cooking plate listing: 3mm for the 16 inch, 3mm or 6mm for the 30 and 41 inch. You need both boxes for a working griddle.

Is a lid included?

No. The lid is a separate part. The OMLLID stainless steel lid is made in 16, 30 and 41 inch sizes. Allow 24 inches of depth from the front of the cabinet to the back of the open lid.

Can it run on propane?

Yes. It is supplied for natural gas, and LeGriddle includes the opposite orifices so it can be converted to propane. A licensed gas professional should do the conversion and make the connection at the 3/8 inch male flare inlet.

Does it need power?

Yes. The Pro Series needs a 110V supply, and LeGriddle includes the transformer. Have a licensed electrician add an outlet where the manual or local code calls for one.

How do I build it in?

Cut the counter to the cut-out size for your griddle. Outdoor cabinets must be non-combustible or use a LeGriddle insulating liner, and indoor cabinets must be non-combustible. A trim kit and a portable cart are also made for these sizes.
