The Enervex SCA is a stainless steel adapter that mounts an Enervex chimney fan on top of a round steel chimney. A square plate carries the fan and a 5 inch deep round collar slides into the chimney for a snug fit. Choose the fan size and the chimney size: part numbers FR2008, FR2010, 221.0300.3006, 221.0300.3007, FR3010, FR3012, FR3014, FR3016, FR4012, FR4014 and FR4016.

Measure the inside diameter of the chimney.The collar is made 1/8 in. under the chimney inside diameter, so order by the actual inside size of the flue, not the outside of the pipe. An air cooled steel chimney needs the ASCA adapter instead.

Questions people ask us

How do I pick the right one?

Pick the fan size first, then the inside diameter of your steel chimney. For example, an RS014 on a 10 in. chimney takes FR3010. Send us your fan and chimney if you want us to check it.

Does it work with the RSHT fans?

Yes. Enervex makes the SCA for its RS and RSHT chimney fans. Its size chart is laid out by RS fan size, so send us your RSHT model and chimney size and we will confirm the part number with you.

My chimney is air cooled. Is this the right adapter?

No. For a double walled, air cooled chimney, Enervex uses the ASCA steel chimney adapter, which lets air move between the inner and outer walls.

Do I need it on a brick chimney?

Usually not. On a masonry chimney the RS and RSHT fans sit on the fiber mat supplied with the fan. The SCA is for round steel chimneys.
