The Wildfire Ranch Pro power burner is a built-in gas burner with a dual-ring cast stainless steel burner that runs from 3,000 to 60,000 BTU. The inner and outer rings work independently, so it can hold a gentle simmer or bring a stockpot to a boil, and the removable center grate takes a wok. Models WFPOWBRN-SS and WFPOWBRN-BSS, each for natural gas (-NG) or propane (-LP).

What is it good for?
High heat in a small footprint: wok cooking with the center grate removed, or a large stockpot on the oversized grate. The dual rings also turn down to 3,000 BTU for sauces.
What cutout does it need?
Wildfire lists the cutout as 22 1/4" W x 21 1/2" D x 10 1/4" H, and the burner measures 24" x 25 1/4" x 12" overall.
Does it need electricity?
Yes, a 120V GFCI outlet for the LED knob bezels. It lights with a Piezo igniter.
