The Wildfire Ranch Pro is a built-in gas grill in 304 stainless steel, made in 30, 36 and 42 inch widths with 2, 3 or 4 cast stainless steel H-burners plus a 10,000 BTU infrared rotisserie burner. It comes in traditional or black 304 stainless steel, for natural gas or propane, and drops into an outdoor kitchen island or sits on the matching Wildfire grill cart. Model numbers run WFPRO30G, WFPRO36G and WFPRO42G, followed by the finish (SS or BSS) and the fuel (NG or LP).

Measure the grill before cutting the island. A licensed gas professional should make the gas connection to the instructions and local codes.

Questions people ask us

Which size should I choose?

The 30" has 2 main burners and 685 sq. in. of grilling area, the 36" has 3 burners and 833 sq. in., and the 42" has 4 burners and 982 sq. in. All three share a 21 1/2" deep by 10 1/2" high cutout, so the width is the main difference in the island.

Can it be converted between natural gas and propane?

The valves are set at the factory for the fuel you order. Wildfire publishes a grill conversion guide and its manual says to contact your dealer before converting, so ask us first. Never run natural gas in a propane grill or the other way around.

Does it need electricity?

Yes. A transformer runs the interior halogen lights and LED knob bezels and plugs into a 120V GFCI protected outlet. Ignition is a Piezo flame-thrower system.

Can I use it without an island?

Yes. Wildfire builds a matching freestanding grill cart for each size, with a door, two drawers and fold-down side shelves. The grill and cart are sold separately, see the Ranch Pro grill cart.

Is a rotisserie included?

The 10,000 BTU infrared rear burner is built in. The rotisserie kit itself is an optional accessory, listed with the other Wildfire grill accessories.
