The Wildfire Ranch Pro 30" griddle is a built-in gas flat top in 304 stainless steel, with two U-shaped stainless steel burners for 35,000 BTU across a 526 sq. in. cooking surface. Each burner runs up to 17,000 BTU, so you can hold one side hot and the other lower. It comes in traditional or black stainless, for natural gas or propane, as models WFPRO30GRD-SS and WFPRO30GRD-BSS with an -NG or -LP suffix.

Outdoor use only. Keep the drip tray in place.The manual says never to run the griddle without the drip tray and not to line it with foil or sand. Island cabinets with a gas connection need at least two vents of 20 sq. in. A licensed gas professional should make the gas connection to the instructions and local codes.

How hot does it get?

Two U-shaped burners each produce up to 17,000 BTU, for 35,000 BTU total on natural gas or propane.

Will it fit my island?

The cutout is 29" W x 21 7/8" D x 10 1/2" H and the griddle measures 30" x 26" x 13 3/4" overall. Wildfire notes measurements can vary slightly, so measure the unit before cutting.

How do I break it in and clean it?

For first use the manual says to run it on high with the cover closed for no more than 5 minutes to burn off residue. Burn off after each cookout, clean the drip tray once it cools, and keep stainless polish off the cooking surface.

Can I use it on a cart?
