The Wildfire Ranch Pro 15" side griddle is a built-in gas flat top in 304 stainless steel with one U-shaped stainless steel burner rated at 17,000 BTU. It sits beside a grill in an outdoor kitchen island and, per Wildfire, fits most standard double side burner cutouts. Models WFSDGRD-SS and WFSDGRD-BSS, each for natural gas (-NG) or propane (-LP).

Built-in, outdoor use only.Island cabinets with a gas connection need at least two vents of 20 sq. in. per the manual, and the transformer must plug into a GFI protected circuit. A licensed gas professional should make the gas connection to the instructions and local codes.

Questions people ask us

Will it fit a side burner opening?

Wildfire says it fits most standard double side burner cutouts. The cutout is 13 1/4" W x 20" D x 9 3/4" H, the same as the Ranch Pro double side burner. Measure the unit before cutting.

Does it need power?

Yes, a transformer runs the LED knob bezel and plugs into a 120V GFCI outlet. The burner lights with the built-in igniter when you push and turn the knob.

What fuels does it come in?

Natural gas or propane. Order the version that matches your supply, since the valves are set at the factory.
