Videl Griddle Plate for the 36 Inch Grill
A solid griddle plate that sits on the grates of the 36 inch Videl grill and turns half of it into a flat top. Eggs, onions, smash burgers and fish stop falling through and start cooking.
It is the cheapest way to own a griddle. A built in griddle is its own appliance with its own cutout and its own gas line. This is a plate that lifts onto the grill you already have.
It only takes the space you give it. Sitting over part of the grate leaves the rest of the grill as a grill, so you can sear on one side and griddle on the other without owning two appliances.
It lifts straight out when you are done. No fixing, no tools, no permanent change to the grill. It goes on for the cook and comes off for the clean.
Season it like a pan, not like a grate
A griddle surface works when it is seasoned. Oil it, heat it and wipe it a few times before the first real cook, and re oil it lightly after each clean. Ten minutes at the start is the difference between a surface that releases and one that fights you.

Sized for the 36 inch Videl grill. If you are running the 42 inch Gran Fuego, tell us and we will check what fits it rather than letting you order the wrong plate.

Shipping and returns
This one goes by parcel carrier rather than freight, so it moves quickly and nobody has to be home to meet a truck.
Open the box and check the contents before you install anything. If something arrived damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and keep the packaging so we can make the claim for you.
Return requests are accepted within 21 days of delivery and need written authorization from us first. Unused items still in their original packaging go back most easily.
