The Osburn OA10240 black steel base raises the Inspire 2000 wood stove and adds an ash drawer and a fresh air intake. Osburn designed this kit only for the Inspire 2000. It bolts to the stove and levels on four adjustable bolts.

What does the kit include?
The steel base, an ash drawer and a fresh air intake (housing, duct and air control cover), plus a gasket, leveling bolts and the hardware to fasten it to the stove.
How does it install?
Fit the leveling bolts, remove the stove's bottom decorative panel, bricks, spacers and ash plug, set the stove on the base and bolt it down. Then fit the fresh air housing and air control cover, slide in the duct and the ash drawer, and reinstall the bricks and panel.
What other bases are there?
Osburn also offers the OA10243 minimalist base for a raised non-combustible hearth, and a soapstone base.
