Osburn Liner Hook Up System for Osburn Wood Inserts | AC02006
The Osburn AC02006 liner hook up system lets you attach a stainless steel flexible liner to an Osburn wood insert's flue collar from inside the firebox. You fix the adapter to the liner, slide the insert into place, then pull the adapter down onto the collar and lock it with a handle and nut. Osburn lists it for its 2000-I, 1700-I, 3500-I, Inspire 2000-I and Matrix inserts.

Why use it?
It lets you make the liner connection after the insert is in the fireplace, working from inside the firebox, instead of connecting blind behind the insert.
How does it install?
Screw the flue outlet adapter to the liner adapter, drop the liner down the chimney and set the insert. Remove the upper firebox parts, pull the adapter down into the flue collar, refit the handle, washers and nut, and tighten with a 3/4" wrench. Put the baffle parts back.
Is the liner included?
No. You need a stainless steel flexible liner and its adapter from the liner maker.
