The Osburn AC01021 is a 32" x 50" cuttable faceplate in 16 gauge for the Inspire 2000-I wood insert. You cut it to the size of your fireplace opening, then snap it onto the insert like the standard faceplate. It suits openings that the narrow faceplates do not cover.

How do I size it?
Osburn gives two ways: hold the faceplate where it will go and trace the outline of the fireplace, then cut on the line; or measure the opening and cut the faceplate to those numbers.
How does it attach?
After cutting, line up the clips with the notches on the insert and push until it snaps on. Run the blower cord out the side between the faceplate and the insert.
Is there a smaller option?
Yes. Osburn makes two narrow faceplates for the Inspire 2000-I, a U-shape (AC01020) and a 4-sided version (AC01022).
