The Modern Flames Orion V2 Multi is a multi-sided linear electric fireplace with an LCD flame display, made in 52, 60, 76 and 100 inch widths. One unit installs single sided, as a left or right corner, as a three-sided bay, or on the wall with a Modern Flames mantel suite. The heater gives 5,000 BTU on 120V or 10,000 BTU wired for 240V, and it comes with a lit log set, remote, speakers and Modern Flames+ app control. Models OR52-MULTI-V2 to OR100-MULTI-V2.

Questions people ask us

How many sides can be open?

The same unit installs single sided, as a left or right corner (two sides), or as a three-sided bay. You choose the layout at install and frame for it.

How much heat does it give?

5,000 BTU (1,465 W) on a 120V circuit, or 10,000 BTU (2,930 W) when wired for 240V split phase dual-heater operation.

Is there a plug-in option?

No. The Multi is hardwired. Modern Flames calls for a dedicated 15 amp circuit at minimum, 20 amp preferred, and a 2-pole breaker for 240V. A licensed electrician should do the wiring.

Can it hang on the wall?

Yes, with a Modern Flames mantel or cabinet suite, sold separately. See Modern Flames wall suites for the options.

Do you have a 120 inch?

Modern Flames also builds a 120 inch Orion Multi. We list the original Orion Multi 120 (OR120-MULTI), and you can ask us about the 120 inch V2.
