Questions people ask us

Can it go between a living room and a patio?

No. The installation manual says the Echelon II see-through models are not approved for indoor/outdoor installation. Both sides must be indoors.

Is a front included?

The decorative barrier front is ordered separately, at the time you buy the fireplace. Browse Majestic fronts and trims or ask us which fits a see-through unit.

How much heat does it put out?

Maximum input on natural gas is 30,000 BTU/h for the 36" and 40,000 BTU/h for the 48". It is listed as a decorative appliance.

Is there a propane version?

These SKUs are natural gas. The manual also lists propane ratings, so ask us if you need LP.

Not sure it suits your wall?

Send us the wall thickness, both room layouts and the vent route, and we will check the framing with you. Ask us here.
