Questions people ask us

What sizes and outputs are available?

Four widths: 36" (30,000 BTU/h), 48" (40,000), 60" (50,000) and 72" (58,000), all maximum natural gas input per the installation manual.

Does it come with a front?

No. The installation manual says the decorative barrier front is ordered separately at the time of purchase. Majestic offers clean face trim and picture frame fronts. See Majestic fronts and trims.

What venting does it use?

It is a direct vent fireplace that draws all combustion air from outside and is approved for Hearth & Home Technologies DVP venting. The installer plans the run from the manual's vent tables.

Is there a propane version?

These SKUs are natural gas. The manual also lists propane ratings for each size, so ask us if your home runs on LP.

Not sure which width fits your wall?

Send us the wall width, ceiling height and where the vent can run, and we will check the framing with you before you order. Ask us here.
