The LeGriddle GFE is a gas griddle offered here in natural gas as the 16 inch GFE40 (The Wee, one 9,000 BTU burner) and the 41 inch GFE105 (The Big Texan, three 9,000 BTU burners). It drops into a built-in counter or sits on a stable non-combustible surface, and thermocouples shut off the gas if a flame goes out. The GFE105-NG ships with its cooking plate; the lid is not included. These are the last units in stock and can no longer be reordered from the supplier.

Is the plate included? What about a lid?
The GFE105-NG ships with its cooking plate. The lid is sold separately: see the GF griddle lid for the GFE40 and GFE105, or the OMLLID stainless lid, which fits both the classic and the new LeGriddle griddles.
Can it run on propane?
LeGriddle rates the GFE for propane or natural gas, and the manual covers switching fuels by changing the burner orifices. This listing is the natural gas version. Ask us to confirm the propane orifices with your unit before you order, and have a licensed gas professional do any conversion.
How much clearance does it need?
The manual calls for more than 12 inches from any walls or heat-sensitive objects, a stable dry surface, and an underside that stays ventilated. Do not set it on a combustible worktop.
Can I build it into an outdoor kitchen?
Yes. The enclosure must be non-combustible or use a LeGriddle liner. The GF-LINER40 fits the GFE40, the GFFRAME trim kit fits both sizes, and the GFCART portable cart fits both as well.
Can I order more later?
No. These are the last units in stock. The supplier can no longer order the GFE gas griddles, so the listing ends when they sell out.
