A hip pack is the difference between a guard carrying a barrier and gloves and a guard running to a first aid room. Kemp builds these prestocked so a facility can hand one to every guard on day one.

Spare contents matter more than spare packs

Mesh if the pack lives on a pool deck and needs to dry and be inspected at a glance. Solid if it needs to keep contents dry and clean.
Barrier masks, gloves and some supplies carry dates. Check them at the start of each season and reorder the consumables rather than the whole pack.
Yes, the blank pack is available if you stock your own contents.
