Videl Gran Plancha 30 Inch Built In Griddle
A 30 inch solid steel cooking surface with two 18,000 BTU burners under it, which is where the breakfasts and the smash burgers happen. Everything that would fall through a grate cooks here instead.
Two burners means two temperatures. Run the left side hot for the sear and the right side low to hold, and a whole breakfast comes off the same plate at the same moment rather than in relays.
Cleanup is a scrape, not a scrub. The grease outlet takes everything off the surface into one place, so the end of the night is a pass with a scraper and a wipe of oil rather than a stack of grates in the sink.
The cover comes with it. A stainless cover is included rather than sold separately, so the surface is protected between cooks and the griddle doubles as counter space when it is not lit.

Fitment and what is included
Cut the island opening at 28.5 wide by 11.5 high by 24.75 deep. The griddle drops in from above and the control panel sits proud of the face.

Shipping and returns
A piece this size travels by freight carrier with liftgate service and is delivered curbside. The driver brings it to the end of the driveway rather than around to the patio, so line up a second pair of hands for the last few feet before the truck arrives.
Inspect the shipment thoroughly before you sign the delivery receipt. Signing without noting visible damage counts as accepting it in good condition. If you find concealed damage after the truck has gone, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and keep every piece of the packaging.
Return requests are accepted within 21 days of delivery and need written authorization from us first. Anything already set into an island or connected to gas cannot be returned.
