Videl Fuego II Power Burner
Fifty thousand BTU across an inner and an outer ring, under a 17 inch square cooking area, which is what a stock pot or a wok actually needs. This is the burner for the jobs a side burner is too small for.
Two rings mean you are not stuck at one output. Inner and outer rings at 25,000 BTU each let you run a hard boil or a gentle simmer under the same pot, which a single fixed burner cannot do.
It is sized for the big pot. A seafood boil, a fry pot, a canning load or a wok all want a wide flame and a stable base, and 17 inches by 17 inches gives them one.
The cover comes with it. A stainless cover is included, so the burner stays clean between the two or three times a year it gets used hard and the island keeps a flat surface the rest of the time.

Fitment and what is included
Cut the island opening at 18.5 wide by 9 high by 19.5 deep. Give the burner compartment the ventilation the manual calls for and keep the surrounding counter clear for a large pot.

Shipping and returns
A piece this size travels by freight carrier with liftgate service and is delivered curbside. The driver brings it to the end of the driveway rather than around to the patio, so line up a second pair of hands for the last few feet before the truck arrives.
Inspect the shipment thoroughly before you sign the delivery receipt. Signing without noting visible damage counts as accepting it in good condition. If you find concealed damage after the truck has gone, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and keep every piece of the packaging.
Return requests are accepted within 21 days of delivery and need written authorization from us first. Anything already set into an island or connected to gas cannot be returned.
