Videl Fuego I Double Side Burner
Two 15,000 BTU burners built into the island beside the grill, which is where the sauce, the beans and the boiling water go. It is the single addition that stops the cook walking back into the house.
Two burners, two jobs, at once. One holding a sauce while the other brings a pot up is the difference between serving everything hot and serving it in the order it happened to finish.
It takes a narrow slice of island. Thirteen inches wide and a 12.5 inch opening means it fits into the run beside a grill without pushing the whole island longer.
Built like the grill it sits next to. Same 304 stainless, same finish and the same knob feel, so the island face reads as one appliance rather than a grill with an afterthought bolted beside it.
Have the gas line sized for everything on the island
A side burner draws on the same supply as the grill, and a line sized for a grill alone can leave both running weak when they are lit together. Tell your installer every appliance going into the island before the trench is cut, not after.

Shipping and returns
A piece this size travels by freight carrier with liftgate service and is delivered curbside. The driver brings it to the end of the driveway rather than around to the patio, so line up a second pair of hands for the last few feet before the truck arrives.
Inspect the shipment thoroughly before you sign the delivery receipt. Signing without noting visible damage counts as accepting it in good condition. If you find concealed damage after the truck has gone, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and keep every piece of the packaging.
Return requests are accepted within 21 days of delivery and need written authorization from us first. Anything already set into an island or connected to gas cannot be returned.
