The FireGarden Black Glass Fireback 96100884 lines the firebox of the FireGarden 4035 Traditional Outdoor Gas Fireplace with black glass panels, one at the rear and one on each side. The 4035 needs a fireback before it is operated, and FireGarden offers two: Black Glass and Handmade Brick. The glass gives the firebox a dark finish behind the logs.

Is a fireback required?
Yes. FireGarden's 4035 manual says the firebacks are required before the fireplace is operated.
Black glass or brick?
Both fit the 4035. Black glass lines the firebox in dark glass. The Handmade Brick Fireback, 96100883 gives it a brick look instead.
Does the glass need cleaning?
Yes. The manual notes the glass firebacks need periodic cleaning. Handle them carefully, as the edges are fragile.
