Duravent DirectVent Pro elbows turn a co-axial direct vent run by a fixed 30, 45 or 90 degrees, in 4" x 6-5/8" and 5" x 8". Each elbow swivels to line up with the next section while the twist-lock stays engaged, so one part covers many directions. Part numbers 46DVA-E30, E45, E45B, E90, E90B and 58DVA-E45, E90, E90B.

Elbows count against the vent run.Each appliance manual limits the number of elbows and the horizontal run. Check it before you plan the route. A licensed gas professional should make the gas connection to the instructions and local codes.

Questions people ask us

How many elbows can I use?

That limit comes from the appliance manual, not the elbow. Most manuals give a table of allowed vertical rise, horizontal run and elbows.

Black or galvanized?

Duravent recommends black painted sections on visible interior runs.

Is there a 5" x 8" 30 degree elbow?

Duravent makes one (58DVA-E30). We list the 4" x 6-5/8" 30 degree here; ask us for the 5" x 8".

Will DirectVent Pro work with my fireplace or stove?

DirectVent Pro is listed together with the appliance, so the appliance manual decides whether it is approved, which parts to use and how long the run can be. Duravent says it is specified by most major U.S. and Canadian stove and fireplace makers. If your manual does not name DirectVent Pro, send us the model and we will check.
