Questions people ask us

Which size do I need?

Match it to your fireplace: FCBUS0033 for the 48" (1200), FCBUS0034 for the 63" (1600) and FCBUS0035 for the 75" (1900).

Do I have to arrange the logs?

No. British Fires fixes the logs, bark and twigs together on a resin base, so the bed arrives already laid out.

Will every set look the same?

Close, but not identical. These are real oak logs, so grain and charring vary slightly from bed to bed, while the layout is kept as consistent as possible.

Does a new New Forest already include logs?

The North American New Forest manual lists a Deluxe Real Log fuel bed in the box, and lists Deluxe Real Logs as a spare for each size. This set is the replacement or upgrade bed. Send us your model and we will confirm.
