Which size do I need?
Athena lists the kit in a 1/2 inch size (PCK-12) and a 3/4 inch size (PCK-34). Athena notes that its 30, 36 and 48 inch fire rings have a 3/4 inch gas inlet. Send us your burner model and size and we will confirm the right kit.
Do I need one for an Athena drop-in pan?
Check your box first. Athena drop-in burner pans come with both a natural gas orifice and a propane orifice, so a pan may already have what it needs for propane.
Who should install it?
Athena says a qualified installer, service agency or the gas supplier must do installation and service. A licensed gas professional should make the gas connection to the instructions and local codes.
