Materials and care
Materials: Eucalyptus and Aluminum.
Weather net is a woven polyester that flexes under you and dries fast after rain. Stacks, so the set goes away in a corner of the shed over winter. A two inch umbrella hole through the top takes a standard parasol. Covered by a one year limited manufacturer warranty.
Common questions
Does the teak need oiling?Only if you want to keep the honey brown. Left alone, teak weathers to a silver grey and loses no strength. A sealer oil once at the end of the season holds the original color.
How should this be stored over winter?Keep it somewhere cool and ventilated rather than a heated room. Central heat dries hardwood out and can cause it to shrink or crack.
Do the chairs stack?Yes, they stack for storage, which is what makes a larger set practical in a smaller yard.
Will my umbrella fit?The top is drilled with a two inch hole, which takes a standard patio umbrella pole.
