Three cast stainless burners, 860 square inches of total cooking surface and a one hour gas timer built into the panel, which is the combination that gets a grill approved for a clubhouse or a pool deck. It cooks like a premium grill and shuts itself off like a commercial one.
The timer is the feature that matters. A one hour gas flow timer cuts the supply by itself, so a grill left burning in a shared space stops burning. That is the single thing that separates a grill you can put in a common area from one you cannot.
It holds a working range, not a peak number. The published range is 250 to 700 degrees, which covers holding a tray of chicken at the low end and searing at the top without the grill spending its life at one setting.
Everything a resident touches is built to be abused. Double walled hood, CoolGrip handle, CoolTouch knobs, hood mounted thermometer and a full sized drip tray that slides out, all in 304 stainless, because shared equipment gets treated like shared equipment.

Cut the island opening at 32.5 wide by 10 high by 22 deep, the same opening the 36 inch Videl grill uses, so the cart and cover in this range fit it too.

Shipping and returns
A piece this size travels by freight carrier with liftgate service and is delivered curbside. The driver brings it to the end of the driveway rather than around to the patio, so line up a second pair of hands for the last few feet before the truck arrives.
Inspect the shipment thoroughly before you sign the delivery receipt. Signing without noting visible damage counts as accepting it in good condition. If you find concealed damage after the truck has gone, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and keep every piece of the packaging.
Return requests are accepted within 21 days of delivery and need written authorization from us first. Anything already set into an island or connected to gas cannot be returned.
