Two doors beat one at this width. A single thirty inch door needs thirty inches of clear swing in front of it. Two fifteen inch doors need half that, which matters on a patio where people are standing.
It is one piece of stainless, not two. Every door and drawer in this range is cut to the same face height, so a run of them across the front of an island lines up instead of stepping. That is the difference between an island that looks built and one that looks assembled.
The whole opening is usable. Both doors open clear of the frame, so a tank, a crate or a bag of charcoal goes straight in rather than being angled through a gap.

This one goes by parcel carrier rather than freight, so it moves quickly and nobody has to be home to meet a truck.
Open the box and check the contents before you install anything. If something arrived damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and keep the packaging so we can make the claim for you.
Return requests are accepted within 21 days of delivery and need written authorization from us first. Unused items still in their original packaging go back most easily.
