41 individual flames and 41,000 BTU, warming 65 to 100 square feet. It runs on a propane tank, rolls on the wheel kit in the box and shuts itself off if it tips.
3,200 watts of infrared heat with no light at all, mounted to the ceiling and run from the app or the remote. It covers about 90 square feet under a roof.
4,000 watts from a 34 inch golden tube heater rated IP67, mounted anywhere from 7 to 16 feet up. It covers about 120 square feet and does not need a roof over it.

Covered or open to the sky
The E Series zero light panels are designed for covered spaces with two or fewer open sides. The X Series and the flame towers are rated IPX5, and the Torrid weatherproof heaters IP67, so those can live fully outdoors.

Match the power you have
Propane towers run on a tank and need nothing installed. Natural gas needs a line run by a licensed installer. The 110V electric heaters run on household power, and the 220V models are wired in by an electrician.

Height, and how many
The zero light panels mount 7 to 9 feet up, directly above the seating, and the Torrid heaters as high as 16 feet. Under a roof, RADtec puts the lift from the E Series at 10 to 15 degrees over the air around it.

About RADtec
Patio heat for every kind of space
RADtec builds three kinds of outdoor heater: live flame towers that run on propane or natural gas, zero light infrared panels, and weatherproof golden tube heaters. Each one suits a different space, so the easiest place to start is where the heater is going.
Which kind do I need?
A flame tower gives an open patio a centerpiece and 41,000 BTU of warmth with nothing to wire. A zero light panel mounts to the ceiling of a covered patio and warms it without any glow. A golden tube heater is the one for open air, with the Torrid models rated IP67 for rain and dust.
Propane, natural gas or electric?
Propane towers run on a tank and move wherever you want them. The Real Flame also comes in a natural gas version for a permanent line. The electric heaters come in 110V and 220V versions, and the 220V models are wired in by an electrician.
How much space will one heat?
RADtec rates the flame towers at 50 to 100 square feet depending on the model, the zero light panels at 40 to 90, and the 34 inch weatherproof heater at 120. For a large space, several spaced evenly work better than one big one. Tell us the footprint and we will count them for you.
