A licensed gas professional should make the gas connection, and an electrician should wire any electronic ignition.
Shipping and returns
Every piece is built to order. We confirm your ship date once the order is placed, and large fire features travel by freight carrier with curbside delivery.
Inspect the shipment before you sign for it. Signing without noting visible damage counts as accepting it in good condition. Report concealed damage within 48 hours and keep the packaging. If yours arrives damaged, we cover the return freight.
Return requests must be submitted within 21 calendar days from delivery, and every return needs prior written authorization from Aqua Terra Backyard.
Common questions
Can I switch from propane to natural gas later?
The fuel is set when the piece is built, so order the one your property runs on. If you are between the two, call us first and we will sort it out.
Which ignition should I choose?
Match lit is the simplest and needs no power. Flame sensing adds a cutoff if the flame blows out. Electronic options start it without a lighter and need power nearby.
How do I look after the finish?
The rust colored skin is the finish. Set it where runoff will not stain light stone underneath.
