Built from GFRC concrete
Glass-fibre reinforced concrete — the look and mass of cast stone, at a fraction of the weight of solid masonry, hand-finished so no two pieces are identical.
Living with it
GFRC is concrete: seal it as the manufacturer directs, and cover or drain it before a hard freeze so trapped water cannot expand in the shell. Follow the manufacturer's manual for clearances, gas connection and first lighting, and have gas work done by a licensed professional.
